The Sith Master made her way into the training grounds. To day was the day to see if a friend of hers was ready to take the next step. She was not sure what all he was going to have to do, but as she thought on it, she knew it was going to have to be hard.

So until he arrived she would think on it. And as she felt the right things come to mind she readied herself...

Via the darkforce...

Ket... it is time....

All she heard was a whisper in her ear...breath hot, but aoothing in a way...

"I'm right here, mistress..."

He watched Athena spin around almost in shock.

"I did not mean to alarm you."

Ket smiled lightly. Then, his face went deadpan as he got to one knee, lowering his head.

"I await your command, my mistress."

The Sith Master indeed did spin around. But before Ket could lower himself onto his knees she gripped him by the throat.

" Get ready Ket. This shall not be easy. "

She allowed him to lower down to his kneeling postion and she looked down upon him.

" Scatered within 50 meters there are traps and treats. Somewhere this is a Sith Amulet that will increase your power, and Yaslmari that will take it away. Driod's and of course me. Now Ket you must live for 48 hours with out getting to hurt. Once you fall to your knees before the time then you fail and your trials are done. And the best part, I get the change the rules as I see fit. "

Ket grinned. Child's play. He had killed a Yaslarmi before, when he was under the tutaledge of Ogre. Nasty little creatures, they were. Ket grinned and within a flash, he was a gone from Athena's view. He had taken the most of his armour's enhancments offline for the time being, save the extra density and hence, lower damage it gave him, and of course, it scanned for life forms, and synthetics...just to let him know when droids were near, or that damn little Yasalarmi bugger. Ket took off into the wooded areas, and the search fo the Amulet began!

He came across a small group of droids. 6 of them, no doubt a part of this trial. They were armed to the teeth and looking to kill. But Ket wouldn't be fazed. He closed his eyes as he hid behind a tree and began to concentrate upon the Sith Magicks he had learned in his absence. He revealed himself to the droids and as they were about to shoot him into oblivion he put his hands forth and, using the dark side, bright blue waves came forth, sparkling brilliantly. As they hit the 6 droids, they imeditaly cooled to exactly 0 degrees Kelvin, turning them brittle and hard. Ket ran at them without making so much as a noise, and then his foot came upward as he jumped forward, each one of the droids shattering into shards after the other as Ket made contact. Then, Ket landed silently, and continued his search for the amulet...

Ket was trudging along the marsh area of the 50 meter training compound Athena set up. Ket was restless. For hours he was searching for the amulet, but no dice. Pleanty of droids though. Ket had reached an alcove int he woods, and ducked in quietly. looking around, he almost had a heart attack. 30 someodd droids...all looking to gun him down! Ket grumbled lowly, and began to chant lightly. Using his knowledge of Aeromancy, he created a bubble of pressure within the cavern, and then reveale himself, cackling madly, evily. The droids began to get crushed from thin air as he increased the air pressure around them. One by one, they began to crackle and fizz, burning out and turning into useless heaps of tin. Ket cackled as he walked through the alcove, looking for anything he could, monitoring his visor H.U.D. for life signs of a Yaslmari. None. Good.

Ket looked around for an hour or so in the massive alcove, looking for the amulet...but apparently, It was not here. So he left the said alcove, and continued stealthy into the woods, looking, searching and mindlessly destroying any droids he encountered...

Ket was perched in a tree, looking down on what had to be a living nitemare. He counted the droids...25. It wasn't the number, merely, the weaponry they held. Indeed, this would call for some more of that ever present Sith Magic he knew so well. He though a moment, and then began to chant lowly. Using his knowledge of Geomancy, he used the darki side to create a depression in the earth roughly 10 meters wide and 30 meters deep. In essence, he had created a sinkhole. The droids began to sink into the ground and when they were all but gone, Ket used the darkside to solidify the ground, effectivly burrying them alive. He had scanned for signs of an amulet, but it wasn't here either, so so harm done. But...that Yaslmari was close by. Roughly, 20 meters away. He had to be careful and take out the Yaslmari with care, lest he be cut off from the force. Ket armed his bio-electric feedback device, which effectivly cut off his force signiture form the rest of the world. This would give him the jump in that Yaslmari....indeed...

Athena smiled as she watched her simi-Apprentice Ket work his way along the clock. She knew of the time he had trained with her brother in law. She knew where the Amulet was hidding but there was nothing Ket was going to do to find it.

As she watched him, and then via the force sent images into his mind. Colors changed and images appeared. Driods, creatures and other things seemed to attack Ket. Force signatures elegantly placed to make any force user think they were real.

The clock is ticking Ket. Move faster.

Quickly, his mind was flooded....Everything was real, or was it? He closed his eyes and concentrated. He tried to overcome the one thing that could hold him back. He would not let this slip through his fingers. Oh no....not this time. He would chant lowly...calling up on Sith Magic to clear his mind. Slowly, things began to vanish as his mind was restored. Quite a nasty little trick there, but He would overcome as always. And so, He continued on...

Slowly, he made his way into a small alcove...seemingly almost hidden. He would see no signs of a Yslarmi...and so he would walk in caustiously...guns training...keeping himself claoked within the shadows...

She moved like the darkness she served. She had other things to do then to test her friend. But she would not take a person with out the right power to Master.

Hour 22 of 48

Ket moved and searched for everything. But still found nothing. hidden within her holocron from her family. The Amulet he saught rest safe.

" Come on Ket, things need to pick up here. Or shall I call a Jedi to help you? "
