I loved Bad Boys. But this? It just looks painful. Joe Pantoliano was good. Shame about the rest :)

What film ISNT a cash grab, hmm? Films are made to make money, it's a business. It's not a cash grab for me because it seems to be identical to BB. It just lacks something. Maybe KKK Drug Dealers dont strike me as good bad guys :)

Yes, all movies are intended to haul in the dollars, but let's get real, some just scream "GIVE US YOUR MONEY YOU FOOLS! You liked us the first time, so we'll just give you the exact same thing again!"
Other movies say "Come and see me, I'm new, original...I deserve something, don't I?" ;)

Again, I have no idea what any of you are talking about. The first movie was a very fun, 3.5 star action/comedy, an actually GOOD Martin Lawrence film (a rarity!). Every one of my friends liked this trailer, i.e. Ben, Sean O., Sean C., and even Karl who was at The Two Towers with us. We were all like, "HECK YEAH!" It even drew mild applause in our screening of TTT at midnight! It looks hella funny and when they are both coming out of the KKK outfits, that's just classic.

Nothing to Lose comes to mind. :D I love that movie.

We didn't have Bad Boys 2 in my showing of TTT, but we had another MLawrence movie, National Security, with M. L. and Steve Zahn. It looks funny. :)

Blue Streak is good, only 3 star good IMO, but good.

The rest... ugg. He thinks it is only the critics who hate him or something, it's not that I HATE him, it's that his movies mostly suck, and it's not just critics who think that. lol.

For the record, I have seen some really awful trailers lately too, umm like anything coming out in January or February looks pretty lousy. I forget what ones I have seen, oh yeah like that Jerry O'Connell Kangaroo movie in the Australian Outback or something, Kangaroo Jack maybe it is called. UGG, horrible! Estella Warren is in it, though, *drool* *drool* *drool* *picks mouth up from floor* *inserts tongue back in mouth* Ahem, where was I? Oh yes, January will be bad.

I think his problem is that he tries too hard to do films like Eddie Murphy would do, and they just dont work.

The beginning of the trailer got a mild chuckle from me, but the rest was painful. Not seeing it if you paid me to. You can also add "Dumb and Dumberer" to that list.

What did look mighty funny was the trailer for Bruce Almighty. I'm dying to see that.
