Move all posts in one forum to another? I was going to clear a few forums at the Imperial Board and clear some forums that're unneeded.

Do I have to move them all by user name or not?

Are you a mod there?

If you are, (well you have the power ANYWAY, but its bad ethics to change things on group boards you aren't a mod of) then you have to go into each thread you want moved and move it to the forum.

I'd still rather you get DV's approval before moving or deleting topics.

To mass move you can select the "Mass Move" or "Spin Threads" item from the admin options drop down when viewing a forum.

Well it wouldn't be deleting topics, just moving them to a better forum.

THere are two R&D Forums at the Imperial Board and they're pretty much for the same thing.

That's why I wanted to do the move 'cause it's kinda redundant in my mind.

I won't be deleting old posts just moving them. A couple of forums might get deleted but I will wrap with everyone before I do that.
