I likes Crab Rangoon. I went out and got some for dinner. I ate it, so I don't have it anymore.

Crabs? I have no crabs! I have instead a delicious form of Chinese food that I discovered while dating someone! The date went down the toilet, but hey, I have a new favorite Chinese food! :D

So, I see you finally found the Chinese food place you were looking for. Good job. Now you just have to find a Thai or Korean restaurant for some Kim Chee.

Yeah, I refer to those as crab angels, but they're pretty good. Not my preference of Chinese food though. I'm much more keen on Szechwan.

Yummy.

I don't like Crab Rangoon. I prefer whatever those other crazy things are that look like crab rangoon but have JUST pork in the middle.

That is because you have not incurred my wrath. I like my wrath. And I like all sorts of Chinese food.

I don't like Chinese food that much.. I prefer Japanese or Thai. My sister in law is from Thailand, and whenever she cooks for us it is highly amusing. She's been raised on hot peppers and we... erm... haven't. She says "Oh, I make mild for you!" and we're all red-faced and weeping... but it's all good. My brother and her made this spicy beef salad with lettuce, marinated strips of grilled beef, and this sauce that was just lime juice and pureed hot peppers. That was a religious experience. :D

I do a good Szechwan dish of twice cooked pork. Basically put some pork tenderloin in the crock pot, and cook it slowly, then let it sit in the fridge overnight. The next day, add chilis, mongolian fire oil, and some other things, and stir-fry with assorted veggies and rice.
