Peter Sellers- A Shot in the Dark and The Pink Panther Strikes Again (he was hilarious in both of those movies)
Robert De Niro- Meet the Parents (I like him in his comedies lately)
Tim Roth- Rob Roy
Gary Oldman- The Professional
Christopher Walken- The Dead Zone (though he is great in just about every movie, this is just my favorite)
Morgan Freeman- Seven
Robert Carlyle- Not really seen enough of his movies
Samuel L. Jackson- Attack of the Clones, call it personal bias :) (still Pulp Fiction probably made him)
Sean Penn- Dead Man Walking
Marlon Brando -The Godfather

I'm not a big fan fan of most of those actors, but I basically agree with Fett's choices for Morgan Freeman, Gary Oldman, Samuel L Jackson and Robert De Niro. And I agree with the other two posters on Marlon Brando.

Jackson and Freeman are the only ones I'm fans of, really.

I guess you have no opinion of Sellers either? Maybe its age gap thing (Still I am not that old), I know Sellers has been dead over 20 years but he was a comic genius IMO, he was brilliant in the Pink Panther movies (that is why they should never make any more) He was equally brilliant in Dr. Strangelove and Lolita, and there was many other roles were he was great in. Maybe his movies just aren't on as much as they used to be.

I vaguely remember The Pink Panther, but thats it. Not through me avoiding them thoughm, they're never on TV

I think that is probably the problem they just aren't on very much. I see some of the occasionally on AMC or TMC but that is about it. The sad thing is the last sequel has been on more in the last year than any of the others, that one was horrible.

Peter Sellers - I love the Pink Panter movies, but one movie? I'd say Dr. Strangelove
Robert De Niro - Taxi Driver
Tim Roth - not seen much of him, although he did play in Pulp Fiction
Gary Oldman - Leon, Hannibal or Bram Stoker's Dracula
Christopher Walken - hmm.. very tough, cant decide. Brilliant actor
Morgan Freeman - I agree with Fett, he was great in Se7en
Robert Carlyle - Not sure, although I really like Trainspotting
Samuel L. Jackson - I'd say Pulp Fiction
Sean Penn - Dead Man Walking
Marlon Brando - The Godfather

I can only think of a few off the top of my head.

Peter Sellers- The Pink Panther or Dr. Strangelove
Morgan Freeman- The Shawshank Redemption
Marlon Brando- On the Waterfront. (hate the movie, but dang he was good.)
Tim Roth- Don't know why, but I have to say The Legend of Ninteen Hundred. Dang, the guy can play piano...

If he was in Dr. Strangelove, then he gets my vote for that, by default. :D
