I believe Ryla (can't spell her last name off hand1) makes them. I know she makes the Jedi Girls line. Maybe someone else heads up the guys department. Anyway, I think you have to get the maker of that to do it for you. I think it's a "if I deem you acceptable" deally.

It was Marucs that actually made them. It was a kindof spinoff from the Jedi Girls one I think.
