I've had similar errors: twice when trying to read Fett's Hudson Hawk thread and once when trying to view a thread at Meras. Happened within the last thirty minutes or so.

It may have been while I was uploading a file.

Confirmed. I just tested the PM system and things are working fine. I was uploading a crucial file at Meras and here at similar times and while it was uploading was probably when you got your errors. I was just putting finishing touches on the yesterday/today hack I added today.
