Could someone tell me how I would go about joining?

Well you start out with rps at the Shrine. You also start out human the council votes you in. then once your in for a while rping the council then decides if you should be turned into a vampyre. So basically thats it you just rp around the board and let your self be known. If you are picked to join the Shrine then you get to choose who you wish for your Master. Anyone from the Council will usually do. Thats pretty much it in a nut shell. Also if this is Whisper which I think it is "How you doing girlfriend." If not well, I hope that answers your question.

Heh, hey there; its Whisper. I told you I'd make a new char to rp here. And well, here she is. Thanks for replying, I'll work up a storyline and post it sometime in the next few days.
