Hey, I keep getting problems with my logins. I've checked, and YES I am browsing the boards with cookies.

When I sign out of my LD account, and sign into some of my other accounts, (Saarrreeaa, and Sasseeri, Rima Xavier and Radish notably) and try to post....I can get the post written, and then when I press send, or post (from the quick reply box) it posts it under my LD name!

are you url-switching (ie, are you logged in at sw-fans.net with one account and swforums.net with another)?

It is probably a corrupt cookie file.

Close all your IE windows, open the windows control panel, open the internet control panel option and delete all cookies. You will then need to log in again, but from then on things should work as they are meant to.

If that isn't it, then watch the URL carefully because as it is now you can be logged in as 5 different names at once dependant upon which of our site URLs you are using.

Cookies are stored based on the site URL, so, depending on the URL being used, you could be logged in as any one of 5 accounts at any time.

I realize about the different log ins with different URLs...however this is happening all on ONE URL. Log out on swforums, log in on swforums as someone else...travel to thread, write post (still as that person, LD has a different style set so I know when she pops up) and then hit post...and the LD styleset loads and it posts as her.

I'll try cleaning my cookies out tonight. Yum! ;)
