This involves frames


This page hold three frames. A main one at the bottom, and two smaller ones at the top. The top two are side by side.

So....

1) Would I have a page stating what is in the column frames, one of which being another one stating the row frames, or would they all be together?

2) Can you use percentages to seperate rows?

1) All the framesets would be in a single page (Framesets stink IMO) :p
