It's called an airbrush boys. They do it to photos of models all the time. Nightcrawlers teeth looks so wrong now that i've stared at it for a bit. And he isn't fuzzy :cry

I think the designs on his (Nightcrawler's) face are there to be a hint as to his family lineage myself, even though thats not how they went about it in the comics.
