Wait a second...Agamemnon wasn't in Homer's Epic to my knowledge...grrr...have to go back and read it again.

And yeah...since it's based on the poem by Homer and stars all those guys...yeah it's an Epic.

I actually kinda want to see this flick.

They went cheap with Agamemnon, since he will be the heavy according to the screenplay. Bloom is a good choice for Paris, so that leaves Ajax, Odeysseus, Helen, King Priam, Mneaeus, Cassandra, and Nestor as major characters yet to be cast.

Not really I think its being neutral though I am guessing sympathetic towards Troy. Still in the novel Agmmemnon was not a good man, he killed his own daughter, slept with Achilles Lover and belittle Achilles in front of the men, I think he raped one of his soliders but I could be wrong about that. I am curious if they are going to show Cassandra prophecy his doom, of course he won't believe her.
