formation of new group

I and 5 others have begun planning a new Chiss Group. I have been working on the plans for such a group for 3 months and in the last week the members of the group have begun organizing. It will be called The Csillan Parliament. I would like every ones input on this and some ideas as to what resources to start with. Any Idea or comments are welcome . Thank you.

What exactly is your group planning on doing?

It is just an annex of the empire more or less. we will be building a empire in the unknown regions and trading with Imperial factions. I have cleared the group with the big 4 Imperial faction people. So basically it will be a Imperial Faction
