Im still playing the game right now, and im nearing the end where the flood is becoming more harder to kill, buti was just wondering what everyone else thought of this game...

I have to admit this is so far one of the finest and story engrossing first person games i have played in a very very long while. The graphics are bloody awsome, the story is unique and twisting along with the "Cant put the control pad down" syndrome affect...overall its just amazing. The only complaint i have is that the Covernant aleins could look slightly more..i dunno...scary...when the little ones run from you they sound like cute chipmunks or monkeys..lol...but the flood look more..."alien" to me.

there's another great game for it -- Dynasty Warriors...though its on P2 as well. For some reason, I really enjoy that game :)

Anytime a console game uses the term "exclusive", that does not include PC ports.

They may be taking for-ev-ah on the PC port, but it's coming. Gearbox is porting it. They basically have to re-design all of the levels so it doesn't feel like a console port.

Even so, I'm not greatly excited about it. A lot of the things they were going to initially include in Halo were cut so they could could get it out the door on launch day. From what I've played, it's still fairly solid, but nowhere near the magnum opus it could have been. And by the time it finally comes out on the PC, it's going to both look and feel dated.

FPS are proboly asside from stratagy the most popular type of game out,and the graphics on Halo were close to perfect.
