Cutting pics.

I need to take parts of a picture for my signature and avatar, but I have no idea how to cut parts of an image. For instance, what prgram do you recommend, and where can I get it (if it's free) or how much it costs.
Any ideas?

Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop have free trials. Try a Cover Disk on a magazine or a yahoo search.


Cant say which is best. Most say Photoshop, but some find PS to be confusing compared to PSP.

If you just want them cut out you could do it in Microsoft paint.

Ya, all I want is to make a few cuttings off that Enzo pick Gitane changed the skin color of for me.
