The Italians???

Why Not just put in some REAL Roman soilders, they would do better then the Italians???

This is not ment to be a race joke, it just that Axis Italy was PATHETIC during World War 2. Hehehe, Bi-Planes.

Don't underestimate the Italians. Italian semi-motorized and fully non-motorized infantry put up often heroic resistance in the face of British armored divisions during the desert war, U.K. press releases to the contrary notwithstanding. Look up the San Marco naval infantry regiment, which would have been the outfit storming (demonstrating on) the beaches of Malta during Operation Hercules, if Rommel hadn't been so wildly successful that he asked Hitler if he could keep the X Fleigerkorps (the air unit which was pounding U.S. & British aircraft & convoys to rubble on Malta) just a while longer.

Granted, they suck, but on a tactical level, Mussolini's "8 million bayonets" can still make you stop a bullet.

If you find yourself getting killed by Corporal Carrot Cake (me), or Sgt Chili Pepper (Yog), then feel honoreder....err...yep. My favorite is CTF Guadalcanal and CTF El Alamein.

I like Gazala, if I'm in a spitfire, you can't even touch me on that level. I'm flying through the cannons, pulling hair-pin turns, I'm lower then the AA Guns.
