You people have the Academy subforums goofed up. Why did we decide on changing the names of the subforums from Mentalist, Warrior, Healer, etc.. to Combat, Control, and whatever? :\

no they arent goofed up. When it was suggested for both ideas, most decided upon what you see there. After a few days had passed and no one spoke up against it, it was implemented. We wanted to get those forums up asap so people could begin to use them

Bah, I'd like a vote to be called on it. Wanting them up ASAP isn't a good enough reason to have those names. I'd rather have the forums like 'Warrior' and 'Mentalist', with all the subforums there are now combined under a 'General' subforum. But then again, it could just be me....but a vote wouldn't hurt. If anything it'd put me more at ease.

It's better to have a broader name like Combat, instead of Warrior, as not all Jedi who train in combat skills are going to be Warrior Jedi, and so on.

And Dasq, that's why there should be a general forum, for getting the all around skills. What's the harm in a vote?

There is already a warrior forum that barely gets used at all. I think there have been 10 posts there in six months, and you want to break up the training forums into even more specific categories? I don't think its a good idea at all.

The subforums are best as they are as the categories cover all aspects of a Jedi's training. For example those who dabble with seeing and telepathy shouldn't have to be dubbed "Mentalists".

“Home One” could take the current placement of the NRSF Warrior forum, but all the topics currently in the NRSF/Warrior forum would need to find a new home first. (be moved to the Combat forum or something)
