Check your hotmail Junk Mail or Bulk Mail folders.

Alright, thats like the fifth or sixth person to have activation troubles with Hotmail. I am going to need to look into disabling registrations with Hotmail email addresses or have dozens of these problems every month.

Can you PM me the email address you used to register the account? If it matches I will activate it.
