In TPM Yoda tells Obi Wan that he doesnt agree with him training Anakin but the council does. What do you think would have happend if Yoda had of had his way? Afterall, Anakin was still the chosen one.

Anakin wouldn't have been trained. Maybe he'd go to one of the learner classes.
