-- Start Revelation --
I think manipulation will be the key to success for the order. If we can manipulate the other characters outside of TSO to do our bidding for us, we succeed. This is how Palpy got so powerful. As a sith group we don't need a fleet. We use the imperials and the Cizerack for this. We don't need wealth. The Saiatah can handle that. I think it's time that we take it back to the basics and we can start through manipulation.
Now, first we need a goal. Next we invision the steps we should take and how we might go about taking those steps. Next we rethink those steps and look for another approach. Using the second approach is key, because it makes our next move less predictable.
I can see a series of RP's that each accomplishes a small goal. All leading up to a great climactic epic RP that we all dream of being involved in. All we need to do is be consistant, persistant and insistant.
any ideas?

Would this happen to tie in with your idea of a monster RP thread that you posted in OOC? It sounds very interesting....

*nods* If I wasnt feeling so lazy I'd write more about what a cool idea I think it is....
I like it.

Hmmm, I see a grand Sith Order, which Controls the Galaxy.
On another note, I think we should do away with Correllia and her planets under Sith Order control. This, would be a grand way to weasel into the beds of other groups. Give them a planet and territory for a Command Ship. The Saiatah is already much larger then a ImpStar. (did anyone complete the specs for the ship?)
And we have shields to match the Death Star, lol. I think we need to concentrate on DDC's Idea.

OK...
A) The idea is doable, though TSO will still keep her fleet.
B) We're not giving away any planets, though there is the possibility of "renting" out space on TSO owned planets and systems for other groups if it means moola for the Order... and manipulation.
C) I'm not too keen on HUGE Rps as half the time they never get finished (besides, half if not more than half of us are quite busy right now). Doing smaller RPs to achieve this said goal would be just as effective as doing one massive RP, except that there'd be a higher chance of the RPs actually being finished and not confusing ppl.

Ok. we can do this two ways.......
Create a public name for our characters like Sidious' palpatine.
or we can create new public figure characters whom we have control of.
Javus Parr is an excellent example. Parr can handle all of the business aspects.
Other possible characters:
A senator- (this will be excellent if Swfans starts a senate as was discussed)
A military official- (a member of TGE or NRSF a mole of sorts. we have to make sure we write this carefully as to not violate any of SWfans rules.)
That gives us the three forums that we need: Business, Politics and military.

That would be feesable. Before joining the Imperial Navy, he was a business man, working on his family-run business of importing and exporting goods. From there he left the family business and joined the Imp Navy. And then retiring, he was suggested to LV by Visc for the Saiatah High Roller, the casino ship being a business and somewhat of a small military garrison what with all it's security detail and all.
I could play Javus up for that, though he can't rightly leave the High Roller, as that's his station. Unless, his second in comand took charge while he ran a "business errand".
I just need to know how Javus would play into all this, is all.

Anything. Say that the galaxy's big wigs come to the roller for vacation. The all hear of parr's renowned ship and visit. This could be great for getting people to come to us. Parr could negotiate franchise casinos and he could negoiate appearances of the highroller in other systems. Whatevers clever..........

to do this, do we have to claim ourselves as a neautral group?

Uh, no. But the High Roller is somewhat of a neutral casino ship to begin with, as it caters to all kinds of beings.

the high roller is a front for all of the manipulating and such.........

I agree with this because it creates a huge blind side for the people outside of the TSO. I think the best targets to start with are the leaders. If we sidecross our enemies or allies this affect their control over there people, thus luring their trust to us, and if they count on our opinion then its in the bag. A reign of a new sith order will rejoice.

Yes, this is very good. Combining DDC's idea with Dyzm's, it creates even a bigger blindside, thus what DDC said, unpredictability. Manipulation and unpredictability...The Sith Order will rise once again...but we must work together and persue this idea. we need to set the rps and throw off the leaders! its the only way! WE NEED PAWNS! And for a future note: if we gain this revelation then on with the extermination of the Jedi!

Ok, at the expense of repeating myself, we are NOT getting rid of any of TSO's assets (and that INCLUDES planets).
Also, Judas, you seem to know TSO quite well for someone who's just joined. I'm curious, did you ever play another character here at SWF?
