An encrypted message arrived simultaneously to the communication stations of the Cizerack Pride and the Trade Federation, including the Hutt Syndicate.

"Suggest Creation of Formal CIS Council - Send Representative for Discussion at SFF Space Station, these Co-ordinates in 3 days time if interested in this Proposal."

The message, like its originator, was abrupt and to the point.

On Carshoulis Prime, Emissary Sarrtarroa received a transmission from the enigmatic woman known as Hera DrenKast, leader of the Shadowfaene Organization. It captured his undivided attention, as he read his ally's intentions. A confederate council...it would be something worth considering, indeed. He had presented it to his mistress upon receipt, and was given explicit orders to carry out mutual cooperattion in the interests of the Confederacy.

Now...all that was left to do was to meet with the Cizerack's allies, to discuss this important action.
