Well I rented today, I won't buy it yet, I got to save up money for AOTC and LOTR. I still very much liked it, (though I still think X-Men was the best movie adpatation of a comic but that is just my opinion). Also has anybody bought it yet? I am curious what the special features are, I was going to check them out myself tomorrow.

I bought it last night at 10:30 pm after work... went to Walmart with a friend (he got me my current job) and bought it...

Haven't had time to watch it or check any of the special feature stuffs.

I bought the gift set, but haven't really gotten into it yet. I'm a sucker for boxed up stuff.

Agh, it's okay... the movie is okay too, nothing really standout tho.

Sound was oddly quiet. And not really up to standard of a LOTR. Special effects were... iffy. Storyline wasnt bad tho.

It's a decent rental.

Edit - The special features are not great at all.

If you go to superherohype.com, they keep mentioning the Easter Eggs.

Im going to get it when it's released over here on the 25th or so (Basically, the public kept it in cinemas too long over here:)), with a Limited Edition first Spiderman appearence comic. Dont think the SE box is over here.

I just want it for the Dafoe outtakes :)

Yeah, I saw the Limited Edition version over here. Comes with a reprint of his first appearance, a cel from the movie and a couple of other knicknacks. Just picked up the regular old widescreen version, myself.

I looked at the LE, but I'm not into Spidey enough to care to spend 30 some bucks on that.

I picked up the widescreen DVD last night, along with Vanillia sky :D So I'm happy right now.

Not in Australia will it do well. I didnt even realise the dang thing was out. No publicity hardly.
