Natilie Portman Topless???

Maybe this is old news, and maybe something I should not be asking BUT. A friend of mine sent me a e-mail with a url to a web site that had SUPPOSED topless pics of Portman.Now I try and stay away from porn etc..but....... as much as I tried Not to, I had to look. well the picture's were Natilie on the beach and by all accounts look real. Has anyone heard If in fact that is her, and if she is bringing any lawsuit agian them for taking them?? I just think it was soooo wrong, but kind of nice, but wrong:(

I'm actually a really big fan of hers, and I get kinda disturbed when I see them. She doesn't want people to see her topless, and it's sad that they're going around.

I have seen them before, the censored ones are on natalieportman.com, I think they are paparrazi shots by some European magazine (have no clue which one) she was on some island off France when those pics were shot, not sure if she could sue unless Playboy published (then there is a better argument like the Brad Pitt thing with playgirl)

I've seen them - don't know if they're real or not (probably are). It bugs me, though. Not that I'm ultra-prude, but growing up in the same town as her and going to the same H.S. (I'm still pissed off that I missed her by a year :mad) makes her that much less of a "celebrity" and more like a real person that it saddens me to see those pics floating around...
