Jedi Knight & JK2 are definitely among the best SW games I've played. Everyone raves about Rogue Squadron, but I just can't get into it. :| One game that was much better than I thought it would be was Shadows of the Empire.

I've only played the JK games and Battlegrounds. JK2 is definetly my favourite. Wasn't at all impressed with Mysteries of the Sith.

I never even played more than the first level of MotS. Didn't like it at all.

Jedi Knight 2 without doubt.
Ive got Rogue Squadren and its pretty good but could be better I think. I would like to give RS2 a good go on the gamecube though.

I've always liked the Super Nintendo Star Wars games. They were simple, pretty expansive, but fun as hell.
I like the Podracer arcade games well, especially since they handle just like a podracer.

I prefer the orignal Jedi Knight for two reasons.
1 - It rocked. They got so many things right.
2- It's perhaps the most stable game ever created in the history of the world. If it doesn't run on your computer, reformat to exorcise the demons.

I like Outcast better, I think only because the graphics are newer. Anybody going to buy the two new SW games, Clone Wars and Bounty Hunter? They both look cool hopefully they won't good and then play terrible. Speaking of that what is the worst SW game? To me it has SW: Masters of the Tereas Ka or what ever that was, that game was horrible, I don't what was worst trying to play it or seeing SW characters kung fu fighting.

I was dissapointed with some aspects of Outcast's graphics, mostly the character's facial animations. They looked like ventriquist dummies, and it broke the suspension of disbelief for me. Great facial animation can be done (see Soul Reaver 2, RTCW, and others.)
However, the weapon effects, and the lightsaber was handled so well.
I got a lot more playtime out of the first one, and the levels were generally much better. JK2's levels failed to feel really big in that special way that JK's did so well.

This is true. JK2 was a very different animal from its predecessor. I'm surprised that no one has tried to convert some of the JK1 levels to JK2.

I still have Rebellion here, I asked for it as a gift one year but I never ever played it, not once. Is that game any good?

Its a good game for SW fans (non fans won't have a clue where to go) so with that I say play it, it has all the characters from the movies the EU in there as well which is interesting.

JK was a great game. I have yet to even try a demo of JK2 though... my old machine didn't have the horses to run it, so maybe now I'll give it a try with my new box. The X-Wing games were good... great multiplayer fun.
The SNES games are awesome. I still have all three of them, and I still play them from time to time on my original Super Nintendo box. :)
Rogue Squadron was pretty good (the N64 version). I honestly like it better than I do RS2 on the Gamecube.
Liked Jedi Starfighter as well (PS2). That game had some serious spoilers in it though, which made me kind of regret playing it before AOTC opened. Still a good game though.
The two games I'm really interesting in seeing now are Galaxies (of course), and Knights of the Old Republic... KOTOR could be the first really good SW RPG game. I haven't heard much about it lately, but the last time I saw screen shots, it looked terrific.

I still waiting for them to make a good Star War RTS, I mean, one with Ships, like rebellion, but they need more on stratergy.
(I.E: Capturing Ships with Ion Cannons, Direct Line of Sight for the ship weapons. Commanding Star Fighters to take out weapons, shield generators, etc. Telling how to invade a planet, how to blockade it. I mean, I had a Death Star in Rebellion, with 32 Squadrens of Die Defenders/Interceptors Defending it. And 1 squadren of Y-Wings Killed it, while 6 X-Wing Squadrens where flying around dying by the Defender/Interceptor Guns. I was like, What the Flying Foo!!! Needless to say, my Fleet Crushed there puny Dreadnaught/Bulk Cruiser Fleet. (2 Imp Stars, 6 Victory,as escort) Then I took my main fleet and razed every single one of there planets before I killed there base. (Note, I was blockading there base)

You actually lost your DS. I have always wanted to have mine attacked. I'm still waiting. I don't really use it . The Imp II is what I use. SSD die to easy. I have a good game going thatis almost to Day 6000 . Been playing it awhile. I do wish there was more to the actual battles also. If you have Homeworld there is a Starwars mod for it that looks ok. Its called New Rebellion. I have to get a copy of homeworld and try it.http://www.tgu.org.uk/users/swfa/swnr_shiplist.shtml
check it out.

I've only played a few and the one I"ve played most recently is Rogue Squadron 2. That's such a awesome game.
Battle of Endor...sure. Is it just me or are there 50 Tie Fighters flying at me in waves? D'oh!
Just a fun game all around.

JK2, JK, and DF top the charts. Star Wars FPS is rad.
Despite essentially being Age of Empires redux, I love Galactic Battlegrounds. I've always wanted to recreate Hoth :D
I enjoyed the original X-Wing, TIE Fighter, Alliance, Jedi Starfighter, and Rogue Leader. The rest of the flight games (XvT, Battle of Naboo, RA and RA2) were lame to me.
Shadows of the Empire was okay I guess.
Force Commander blows. Obiwan blows. TPM blows.
Yoda Stories was hilarity, as were the SNES SW games.
Not played Rebellion, but wanted to.
Racer is Wipeout XL to me, without Prodigy soundtracks. That being said, I like it :)
Love the Arcade game, but I suck at my saber skills.
I can't wait for KOTOR, or Galaxies....both will be rad.
And...this new Clone Wars game looks freakin awesome. I now want a game cube :D
