The RP has taken awhile, but the jist of it is:
"A mutual non-aggression pact..." between The Sith Order and those that dwell upon Meras. "We don't bother you, you don't bother us. Also, if services are needed between the Order and my family, we can do our best to help each other ... especially if it suits our gains."
Up until now, the RP has been somewhat closed so as to conduct the meeting. But now I think it's safe to say it can be opened to the rest of the Order.
