Poem of my own.

I wrote this long ago, and only put it up on one site...... Criticism or comments are welcomed.


I just long for the moment, never thinking, never stopping.

I hope for the best, but know I'll get the worst.

I hate you because you hate me, and you hate me cause of that.

If life was perfect I wouldn't be here, if life was fine we would've never met.

If everything was holy I'd be dead, if everything was happy I'd be sad.....


I just wish to be held, forever by you...

I liked your poem so much i decided to return the favor .

As time goes bye my heart grows cold

longing for the love for which I once knew

I weep at night as cold lonely darkness fades over the light of day

Time is not my friend for it just kills me

I sleep no more and my body grows weak

For the love I felt is gone

I need a place to hide from the demon that is my memory

for it haunts me and follows me where ever I go

I weep once more for I know I am lost

lost in a world where there is no happiness

lost in a time of sorrow

lost in a memory of you
