I have played street style Magic. We just threw cards at each other until the player with the strongest card gets an eye shot on his opponent.

Lets see.
Big on Battletech but all aspects Battle space , Areo tech ,battletech and mechworrior. We do alot of Campaigns.
Warhammer 40 k I have an eldar army. Love Dark Reapers.
Warhammer Epic: I like this one. everything in one game. Troops tanks . fighters, TITANS!!!! nothing like having a 12 X 6 game board full of distruction. and add in the Space aspect and the Campaigns are endless.
Mage Knights: Kinda silly but alot of people like it here. Its easy
Nobel Armada : Its a good fleet based game I guess.
Babylon 5 fleet action: good game. Nova Cruisers don't stop very good.
A few WWII fleet games . the names are lost to me . been awhile .
That about it . I like stratagy games never been into D&D .

Mostly White Wolf stuff, although I played D&D "back in the day". I play V:tM and Dark Ages every now and then, and I've tried my hand at Werewolf and Changeling once or twice.

Used to play D&D back in the mid-late 70s -- the original three-book-box set -- which I still have. :D It was a lot of fun, but the emphasis was more on combat than on character development. I like this better.

I think this is alot easier and funner than table top RPing.. I've seen online SW RPGs that go by the tabletop rules.. and I tried to play one once but I didnt like it much.. *shrugs*

Well lets see....
the amount of table-tops Ive ran or played is quite extensive.
Ravenloft hapens to be an exquisit vampire offshoot of Advanced D & D..., lahnkmar is another.
Im currently running an Ad&d world and a very intense Star Wars universe.
I have Game mastered, and played in over 15 t-top RPG'S and still have all the literature and rule books to most of them.

Board games, or table top RPG?
Both. ut, it's been years since I table topped RPG, it's just not interesting for me anymore. But I do have some of the paperwork from an '82 campain still, plus Car Wars table top RPG that I was heavily into. Last I ever table topped was '90, before I got heavily into Motorsport. Helenias' brother is into Warhammer 40,000 big time.

Warhammer, I don't get how people can get so into that. It doesn't look that enthralling from what I've seen.

Yeah, I agree.. They're pretty cool looking.. but expencive if you want the main characters. Most people here play warhammer. I've seen a few people playing games I havent heard of, but no LOTR so far.

I'll have to post pics of Helenias' brother's 1000 odd collection of Warhammer figures. The ones he has painted are brilliant, he's quite an artist. And he has cut a few up, rebuilt into quite startling figures.

COnversions eh? Cool.
My painting was never up to much.

That sounds cool.. Yes! Post pics! ^_^
I always like looking at what other people have done to get ideas.. I haven't rebuilt any figures, yet.. but it's crossed my mind.. I don't think I'd do a very good job, I'll eventually try ^_^;
