I always liked Nightcrawler. Not sure why... must be that nifty German accent. I assume he's going to be in X-Men 2, then?

Great picture, the guy definetly looks the part. Now we just gotta seem him action, he's very acrobatic. Hope they can pull that part off.

He does look very cool. Next I want to see a pic of Iceman, I am wondering how they will show him.

I think he looks awesome! :D Alan Cummings is a fantastic actor by the way. Absolutly great that he is in X-men 2. How cool!!!

For some reason, the picture reminds me of Toad in X-Men

He looks ... hmm, I don't know. He doesn't look how I picture Kurt to look, but still looks good I suppose.

Is this the first time Alan Cummings plays a good guy? I've always seen him in creepy weaslely roles.

Have yet to see that flick.

I'm not over-joyed with how he looks. I'm not fond of the tail, it looks fake and of course, although it is, it shouldn't look it. This is one I think I'll have to see in action before making a decision.

Wow, that's quite possibly the second worst looking picture of Nightcrawler I've ever seen! Good gravy... Shoot the costume designer!

Thats the spirit! Just what people was saying the first time round :)

No, see, I didn't have a problem with the costumign in the first one. It's the fact that I sat across from an East European who wore the same thing on my plane ride back from Ohio that ticks me off in this one.

Sejah, my point was, when the publicity photos were released, positive comments werent common :)

Thats the spirit! Just what people was saying the first time roundYep. When I first saw the costumes for X-Men, I thought they looked atrocious. Sabertooth's and Mystique's, in particular, looked ugly at first. Then, when I saw the movie, I loved them.

No, but, really, that is a BAD costume.

its not so bad, but you can ...er...he has a hole in his crotch... o_O

:p

The tail will probably be a lot more mobile and "real" looking once it has the help of computer FX. *shrug*

I can't wait for X-Men 2!! And he reminded me of Toad too, I think its the crouch.

That's exactly what I thought about the costumes for the first movie, before I saw it. Just wait until you see it in action.

I don't know about reminding me of toad, but I was thinking "Hey, Ray Park would be good for the role. Oh wait... he's already playing Toad."

Mystique's wasn't a real costume, just body paint. :rolleyes :lol

Yes, it was. It had tons of latex attachments. When I first saw it, I thought she looked like a lizard.

;) I know, I was underexaggerating.

Amen to that! I remember when I first saw the publicity shot for X-Men on the cover of Entertainment Weekly that summer, I made this prediction....

"THIS MOVIE IS GOING TO SUCK!"

:lol

Hey, it sucked so bad, I saw it 4 times in the theater. ;) ;) ;)

I loved the first X-Men movie, it was ssssooooo much better than I thought it would be, and once I saw the movie, I thought the costumes were awesome. I also thought the little nod to the comic book costumes--"what were you expecting, yellow spandex?"--was hilarious :lol.

I think that overall, this Nightcrawler looks promising (even if Alan Cumming does have a hole in his pants! :eek), and I have no doubts that his tail will have some computer enhancement.

I can't wait for this sequel, that's for sure. I need my Hugh Jackman fix! :D

You're all going to laugh, but... I just realized that the hole in his pants is probably for his tail. ^_^; I thought it was just part of "the look", at first.

Ah...you're probably right.

Still looks pretty funny though. :lol

Hugh Jackman...MMMMMMMMMM! :love

Sadly, I've actually engineered how Sejah's tail sticks out of his pants... and it's not just some open hole, either...

Well, Nightcrawler hardly looks like he's wearing his spiffy X-Men uniform there. Given that he's just going with clothing for normal, tail-less people, it's probably the best he could do. I'm sure his uniform will have proper accomidations for extra appendages.

*drools* I can't wait to see this movie. :)

I noticed the hole first too! I actually saw it BEFORE Hol, but I won't hold it against her. :D

Does anybody know if I'm...ahem...Hank McCoy (Beast) is in the second movie?

I really liked the costumes for the first film but the hands and tail on NC look very poor.

Sejah Haversh

I've heard rumors that he might be in it, but, I would imagine that they'd probably have to CGI a character such as himself. I don't know where they'd find a muscleman that would be flexible and gymnastic enough to play that part.

Hey, cool, I also saw X-Men 4 times in theaters, Jinn Fizz. Great replay value.

I've only seen TPM and AOTC more times in theaters than X-Men. The only other movie I saw 4 times in theaters was The Game, I think...

"Mystique's wasn't a real costume, just body paint."

Yeah thank god. *drool* haha ;) God that girl is so hot.
