Isn't it later/earlier due to the last vote? o_O

For some reason I think I can remember the last time we voted, it wasn't at the right time or something... or am I just imagining it?

If I remember correctly, voting started in july, but was finalized at the first of August or something like that. So it would start in October but be final by the first of November. :D
