Ok, so I went to the doctor...

I have this cold that just doesn't want to go away, and I wanted some drugs to kill said virus causing cold.

Ok, so I went to the doctor, and it being my first time to this particular doc, I had to fill out the new-patient-application-whatchagig-papers. Towards the end of the whole slew of yes/no questions, I came across this question:

SEX: Are you satisfied?

I stopped and stared at the question for like 2 mintutes with a perpetual WTF going through my head. So, I went up to the counter, smiled somewhat sheepishly at the nurse, and asked her point blank what the hell that question meant. She looked at me matter-of-factly and said, "It's asking whether you're satisfied with your sex... as in gender." I was like "ooooOOOoooooooo!"

Yeah, that's the first time I've ever encountered a question like that. o_O
