I need suggestions on what to do for the next training mission. I figure its about time to have another one. But lets try not to make it as confusing as the last one. Post your suggestions here.

I suggest having the training group dropped off on the rancor homeworld, perhaps 200 miles from their destination, a mountain top could be the appropriate journey's end, with a waiting shuttle. If more than half of them make it back alive I think it would be quite a test of strength and ability.

And a test of teamwork. Would be good to do, instead of the usual hit and run attack-style missions. :)

First one to make it back to the shuttle should be....... rewarded.

The high-ups should drop in a few obsticales :mischief for the apprentices to overcome, as well as the natural ones.

I can think of a few bounty hunters that may be available to make it more interesting. Jehova, what do you think?

:thumbup

I'm all for Jeseth's idea but suprises,booby-traps and other little goodies should be thrown in to keep it fun. :)

Sounds good. It'll be damned tough for those of us who don't even know how to control the Force yet though.

Yeah, you could run it. You could explain the mission to them a lot better than I could.

Alright, I will post the thread link here as well as additional information tonight. Anyone wanting to participate must post here and let me know, since once the mission begins it will be difficult for anyone else to jump in unless they were already accounted for.

Very well. You will all be placed onto the third world in the Ottethan system. The shuttle departs in one day (RT). I am waiting just a bit longer so that anyone interested may jump in, but the rule is as follows: anyone who doesn't post in response to a challenge or post made by me within 48 hours will be RPed out of the training mission as having either been incapacitated, captured, or lost. This is only to make sure that the mission reaches an end, even if it is an unpleasant one. Is that acceptable?

I'm fast on the draw. Posting within 2 days is a cakewalk.

This is What I get for Going to School, total... something.

Actually, the first mission was a strike and fade, the second was testing there stealth capabilities, but planning went bad... now lets never speak of it again.

This mission is a test of their overall skills: Cunning, Force Ability, and Strength are going to be the things I'm looking for.

Posted - Jehova, I was thinking that in this training mission, perhaps your character makes the decision to take on Levi as an apprentice based on what he sees. In this mission, Levi wont have any Force abilities but his other skills should be impressive enough. :)

Jehova Eaven
Sep 25th, 2002, 09:27:16 PM
Very well, we shall see if Levi survives. Also, I want you rot start your own training thread. Coming up with new places is starting to get me tired.

Jeseth Cloak
Sep 25th, 2002, 09:58:50 PM
Don't forget that you guys need to choose a leader from among your ranks before your group gets to it's destination, since Jeseth will need to hear what the final decision is by then.

Loki Ahmrah
Sep 26th, 2002, 04:06:05 AM
It's not a question of if Levi survives, I don't create a character to have him killed off on a training mission. As for the training thread, I'll come up with something but it might be best to leave it until after this training mission if Jehova is going to base his decision to train him after that.

There is a post by me up in the thread with a link. There is still time for you to join, but once the shuttle departs then it'll be too late for anyone else to join in... so hurry.

Is it okay if a crazed Force user is already on planet?

Come on! Da-ku is getting dusty here, and he needs someone to beat up, and I dun feel like starting my own RP.

I just wanna know if that's okay with you guys of course...

I think Jeseth has specific plans for the mission, so I would think the answer would probably be "No".

Jeseth Cloak
Oct 12th, 2002, 07:43:58 PM
Yup... Sorry but I'd have to say it's not okay for this mission. There is stuff planned for it... maybe you can bring him by and have him attack TSO. That would get him some practice.

Da-ku Etanial
Oct 13th, 2002, 10:57:41 PM
Yeah...I could, but I'd need a reason for Da-ku to attack TSO....

A pretty good one, considering he has never fought anyone from here.

You could come here looking for Dea having heard about the bounty on her head.... it's what I'm here for...
