If I'm in the mood to cook, I'm decent at it... most of the time ,however, I live on a steady diet of instant cocoa and Ramen.

depends on what you fancy.

I'm pretty good with asian cuisine, and moreso with anything on the grill. I'm also good with mediterranean cuisine, especially greek food.

Though my speciality is curry waffles, I do make some dang good swordfish, and have thown myself small Iron Chef battles in my kitchen using a theme ingredient for the day. (Whatever I ahd mosty of in the fridge, frezer, or pantry besided flour.)

Turned out pretty good, too.

Never ask me to make Satay. Not that it tastes bad, cause it's damn fine, but it's a bit...... hot. But like any really good Satay it's not the instataneous hot of chili, it smeaks up and ambushes you.

I also make a feral steak, marinated in red wine and spices, mushrooms and cheese toppings

I make some great vegetarian Thai skewers, and even do my own peanut sauce for em :)

My personal specialties are pizza (with crust made from scratch) and chili.

I also like to do medieval cooking -- a couple of years ago I did a medieval Christmas dinner -- it came out good. *drool*

Lemme see....what can I cook? Peach cobbler, I can make hamburgers, hot dogs, scarmbled eggs, macaroni and cheese, tater tot caserole, and once I made this really fancy looking dish with a dutch oven. I do wish I could remember it was called.

My favorite thing to make lately has been barbecue. I'm just now getting to the point where I can make my own sauce. I like it sweet, with a kick of spice to it...and above all else...add whiskey :)
