Upon confirmation of a Sith-led raid on a Bacta refinement facility, all supplies of Sovereign material are being halted. One Sith-allied transport that attemped to run the impound was destroyed.
All assets in Sovereign territory, including bank accounts and contracts for bacta and tibanna gas, are being frozen.
Orders from Sovereign High Command and approved by Grand Admiral Desaria for arrest and execution of the Sith Lord Dzym have been sent to all ships.
All Sith are as well under a teminate on sight watch for crimes against the Sovereignty and Dishonourable Combat. Hostile Actions were taken without a formal declaration of war. Such will not be issued by the Sovereignty: it is the High Command's decision, in agreement with the Governors of Bespin and Carida, as well as the reigning Thyferran Monarchy, that action be continued against the Sith until such time as they surrender and submit for trial all combatants responsible for attacking Sovereign soldiers and territory.
