Font Help!!

Hey everyone! :wave

I went and downloaded two Tengwar fonts so that I can make sigs look better. Well, I unzipped them (or so I thought) and then I went to add them to my Fonts, but they are not being found when I search for them in the Fonts search thing. :\

I am really really lost now......and I want to get these set as soon as possible so I can use them in Photoshop.....so if anyone can help me.....or walk me through this, I would very much appreciate it!! :D

Well... There are 2 ways to install fonts.

1- You drag your fonts to the FONTS folder (located in your Control Panel folder)
2- You open your FONTS folder and click File > Install New Font... and browse for your font.

Close your program before trying to use the fonts. Then open it again. See if you can spot them. Or sometimes, restarting the computer and trying again works for me o_O

I don't know if this is an important factor, but I think it's best if they were TrueType fonts. Ending with .ttf

I think Ogre is the font king, from what I remember he has somewhere in the region of 1000 :mneh

I used to have a link to a .zip file that had somewhere around 500 unique fonts in it. Forgot how many MBs it was.

I usually just drop the fonts in the windows\fonts folder.

I need a good Tengwar font.....the one you or Das use. I need to be able to download it and make it work! :lol I am unable to for some reason. I unzip and try to paste it to the font folder, but it says that it is unable to because the file is broken or defective or something stupid....... :: Sigh ::

Whatever you can do to help me (anyone) it would be sooooo awesome!!!
