Oriadin

Since joining the order, Oriadin had studied hard and had come to know a great deal about the force, about the Jedi way. Obviously he still had so much to learn but he was pleased with the knowledge he had gathered in such a short period of time.

The one thing he did neglect was his ability to fight, and defend himself. That would stop from this day forward. He had always kept himself fit and healthy. He was naturaly strong and good with weapons but now he wanted to become deadly with a weapon.

He entered the Jedi acadamy in his Jedi trousers with a plain white t-shirt. He nodded to those he knew as he walked past and entered one of the sparing rooms. Taking a glance to the side of the room he saw the cabnet where the training sabers were kept. Using the force he called for it and opened his hand. The saber flew across the room into the waiting hand of the padawan.

He pointed over to a corner of the room where a ball arose and began fireing laser blasts at the Padawan. Oriadin moved swiftly to deflect all the blasts. To begin with it looked scrappy. He was struggling and had to jump out of the way a few times in order to prevent getting hit.

Before long, he managed to gain a lot of composure. He was moving about a lot less and deflecting the blasts more accurately. His movements were now looking silky. As if he were in complete control. A blast fired towards Oriadins middle, he spun round on the spot and delected the blast right back at the ball. The ball blew up in mid air. Oriadin stood there in a defensive stance for a few seconds staring at where the ball once was. He stood upright and disengaged the saber.

Again he pointed at the side of the room and two balls shot up and began fireing. He moved swiftly to ignight the lush green saber and deflect the blasts. The balls surrounded him and he was having to work extreamly hard to deflect the blasts but he was coping, just about. He was jumping, and dodging and diving all over the place to avoid being shot. He was struggling but managed to keep on top of the situation. It was hard to keep your composure and not panic but he was trying.
