By requesting that your forum be hosted on the TGE section of the Swfans.net vBulletin board, you certify that you agree to the following terms of service:
A. Your forums, being located on the TGE forum, will be accessable to all TGE moderators, even the private forums. TGE moderators will not use anything found in your subforums to further their IC knowledge.
B. You will refrain from posting pornographic images or text on your TGE subforum.
a) You will refrain from posting text that may be offensive to an entire race or group of people IRL, example: "All people of the (Jewish faith, islamic faith, homosexuals, arabs, scandinavians, penguins, pigmes) are such that I find it necessary to include a derogatory term in this sentence!"
C. Your board layout (background images, table images, all images located on your board, excluding sigs and images found in posts) will not exceed 75KB. Loading time is critical.
D. You will not use your subforum for bandwidth theft. Any images which you upload here should not be linked to externally, or Shawn will have to pay for it, which means I'll have to pay through the nose.
E. You agree to these terms "as is", meaning they're not negotiable. If you feel you cannot comply at any time with these terms of service, notify a TGE moderator and your subforum will be removed.
F. These terms can be updated at any time, and you are obliged to agree to the new terms when they are laid down. If you do not agree with any terms that may be implemented in the future, notify a TGE moderator and your subforum will be removed.
G. Violation of terms of service is a 2 step process. The first time a violation occurs, your subforum will be suspended from access for a period of 1 week, meaning they'll still be there but inaccessible to everyone but TGE moderators. The second violation, and your subforum will be removed.
