It was probably a result of the DB repair being run so soon after it being posted...maybe.

I was able to delete but it makes me wonder if I shouldn't close the board and run the DB repair again.

For future reference, you should be able to move threads, even when they are like that one was by using the admin options at the bottom right while in the thread. You could move it to the staff forum and I would see it pretty quick there.

I also noticed, the board tend to act slower (slow response times) right after a database maintenance.

Yes, probably. Although, I thought it was strange the forums also were slow after the database update thursday. In adition, I remember I could load the portal, but not the forums for a while. Anyway, it could be coincidental or my imagination. :lol

It loads fine now. :)

Coincidence methinks, and yes page load speeds are more normal now. :)
