I'd suggest less. Drink water, or a lower acidity fruit juice like apple juice. Keep some fluids in ya man.

Stay away from dairy and acidic products, drink a lot of water, and make sure to drain your body of blood - using a sharp implement and a bathtub, I suppose - so that you stop vomiting it up. I'd suggest you get rid of your mucas, too, but that's not as easily done.
