She sta atop a building on Arcan VI her claws scraping together setting off tiny sparks, as she watched an unimportant building burn. The people below where scrambling around trying to stop the fire from spreading, Cel laughed abit at the chaos she started, her legs dangling over the side.

""Good hearted" Pfft!" she stuck out her tongue at the scene, remembering Miss Xazor's words. "That what silly selfish humans get!" she siad to herself as she stood up, finding the happenings down there to be boring now.

Wraith realized the burning building across the street. He loved turmoil and destruction. He sat and watched it burn, until he realized a figure upon a ledge doing the same thing also. Wraith went through the building and came out he roof exit behind the person. It was a girl from the looks of it. "Hey you there, did you start that fire? Or are you watching in awe?" Wraith was feeling ansy, for he had a nag to do battle. This might be his chance.

"In awe? Yes, but more at the fact of how dumb humans are, and yes I did."

she had slipped her hands into the sleeves and the gloves that are attatched to her claws, and grinned at Wraith.

"Do you like it? Only took me five mintues to get it started."

"Very good, not very professional though. If your gonna pull something like that, you have to do it with style." Wraith turned around to leave. This was nothing but a mere prankster. Nothing worth his attention. His dark figure began to walk off.
