Photoshop Question

I messed with something in my PS settings & now I screwed something up. Tell me, when you goto create a new image what do you have your Resolution set as? Like the default number that most people use.

I usually scan all my stuff in at hi-res, and work at 300 dpi, then shrink it to however small I want it to be.
