I did a little numbers crunching on the data and noticed a couple of interesting things:

1. Posting figures are generally lower on Fridays and Saturdays, no doubt due to folks going out for the evening and partying and socializing and otherwise just having a good time.

2. There is a strange spike in the latter part of July, specifically the 22nd through the 26, which correspond to the period of Monday through Thursday. It makes me wonder how many people had that last full week of July off and were taking advantage of it to post like mad before reality set in.

P.S. And no, I'm not an accountant, just the poor helpless victim of a statistics course. I just can't look at a series of numbers like the ones presented here without analyzing them (notice there's an "anal" in there).
