It does interfere. I am training them to be tough, and I'd rather that my apprentices were not forced to bend their will on animals. If they are to bend the will of things then let them be humanoid. They will be encountering more of them than tiny animals. That is all.

Actually, if you think about it, this is a good idea.

We're getting a flood of newbies, more than any of us can handle, and a group thing may not be such a bad idea. We want to make them feel welcome and give em attention after all.
