I was more disheartened by the removal of the space battle and the jango & mace scenes. I guess they didn't want the multiple battle scenario of TPM to replay itself. It certainly would've made for a different ending. I wonder how many of those sequences are going to be in the DVD?

Well I mean they are right. The way it is now is more streamlined than if they had added it all back in. As cool as the droid ship raid sounds, it's better left out. We know how battle droids are stopped and we didn't need a repeat of TPM's victory when Anakin knocked out the ship. I would have rathered have seen more of the Mace and Jango fight.

Drop some of the love scences and put more battles in. That would be cool as.

I definetly want to see it, but not in the final cut of the movie. I hope they include it in the deleted scenes.

Of course I won't really complain if they add it back into the movie...

They could do that, or it could be like the waterfall scene in TPM. Here is my guess on the deleted scenes on the DVD, The senate Scene with Padme, the cut scenes on Naboo, Mace and Obi-Wan before leaving on the Jedi Starfighter, the trial scene. Can't think of any others but those are all the main ones that were in the novel but not in the movie.

I hope they do include all the scenes they cut in a deleted scenes section, but maybe only a couple back into the movie itself.

Well, that's the good thing about tDVD, you can put back all those cuts that would force the movie to be too long. I'ld like to see a lot of the dropped footage back in the DVD version myself - I guess we will just have to wait and see what will be incorporated.

I don't think anything major will make it in. Maybe just more establishing shots like TPM. Maybe they'll expand one key scene like they did with the podrace. It just may be the famous scene Reaper is hoping for! ;)

They could include one of those scenes back in, if any I bet the Mace Obi-Wan scene, it does include a great line by Mace that was on the back of the novel, "Obi-Wan, you must faith that he will take the right path."

I personally want ALL the deleted scene's cut back into the movie the way it should be.well, the way I think it should be anyway :D


and I still want ALL the cut scenes of duel of fates back in TPM :(

I agree with that Buff. I wonder how much of that was left out? Lightsaber duels should be included in their entirety. Heck, remember with TPM, aside from people bashing Jar Jar and midichlorians, the incredible lightsaber fights were next on the list!
