Ok, for all my SW technical knowledge, it escapes me how Count Dukoo has plans for the Death Star, when I plainly know from previous data that Moff Tarkin had the idea for and Bevel Lemesk deisgned the Death Star....

anyone set me straight?

Movies take precedent over EU.

Easy, Dooku gave crappy plans over to the emperor, the emperor looked them over and gave them to Lemelisk and Tarkin to modify and make...better so to speak. To modify it to fix its Geonosian primal errors.

Until the movies say otherwise, the Geonosians designed the Death Star and this Lemelisk had nothing to do with it. Is that the same Lemelisk who was continually resurrected by Palpatine in some awful EU book? Then I am glad the movies contradict the EU

*sniffles* I liked the concept of those books, just never actually read them.

Dont read them. They are rotten. Oh, I remember what it was called, DarkSabre. What an awful travesty of a book.

Darksaber was the Hutt one though.

If you think that was a tragedy though, try reading Vector Prime. The people were so paranoid R.A. Salvatore would ruin their dilusions of grandeur they destroyed his work with all their editting. He went as far as to request his name be taken from the book as he being the author.

Of course, they refused though. The books beyond that though were fantastic...save for Agents of Chaos, those books blew monkies.

Gue...if you use the search feature there was a topic on the same thing in SWfilms forums. :)

There isnt any fixing needed, the EU sorted it way before.

Question for those who believe we have to see it in the movies for it to count. What happens to food that people eat? I dont remember a toilet so NOONE USES A TOILET! :)

He went as far as to request his name be taken from the book as he being the author.
Really? So why was he posting in TF.N Lit afterwards, and wrote the EP2 novel? :)

But Jar Jar trod in it in TPM, so it's no speculation

Was it human? We didnt see it get there. Maybe Poo is a small alien species.

On R.A. Salvatore...

of course he's going to take up more offers with the people, they pay good money, if I'm not mistaken though he made some conditions on his writing with them. Like for one...it's HIS writing, hehe, not the editors'.

It was still poo on the ground. Maybe before we saw Jar Jar step in it, QuiGon felt the curry he had for lunch go straight through him?

Currys have never been seen in the film. We have never seen that food creates excretment. All you are saying is but fanboy theories.

WHats worse, this joke or the fact that some people REALLY are this bad? :)

Well then who did the doo doo on the ground if it's not Qui Gon's Poo Doo that Jar Jar whose errant foot stepped into that doo doo?

I sense this thread is going to rapidly spiral downhill......

yes, anyone who steps in it knows poo is the true dark side of the force.....*wonders if someone now will come up with a force related poo attack now that this has been mentioned*

poo has the force, it binds the universe together, almost as well as fake-shake
