How do I get a personal Icon?

I have an image I like to use for my personal icon but I can't seem to get it to work.

Personal icons only work in the Sith Order and Galactic empire forums. This isn't ezboard. :)

The icon can be added in your user CP but as I said, will only work in the Sith Order and Galactic Empire forums.
