Gabriel sat down at a table by himself in the securing corner of the bar. His hood was down as it usually got in his way and so did his black hair and Jedi braid, which was tied up behind him for that same reason. His gloved hand felt over a small electronic tablet, a message scrolled down it in green verse. News of his home, or what would be his father’s home. The news was of death, that his father had finally passed away from the same disease his mother did all those years ago. It angered him inside that he couldn’t even remember his mother’s name without reference, her face was ghost like in his mind, her features gone because his now cured defect as a child.

Gabriel’s red eyes glittered for a moment, as if there was a moment of emotion in his face, but it soon faded as a droid appeared at his feet while he sat. He looked at it with his usual resonate stare. Unfortunately, unlike most it did not give a question or a strange over zealous look at his pale skin and red eyes. Instead it only beeped while a small tray stood atop it. Gabriel sighed while putting the electronic tablet down with the message as he spoke in his usual strange musical tone.

”Just water…”

The droid gave another strange noise that resembled electronic speech as it u turned and went off into the crowd. Gabriel had his hand to his forehead and looking down, picking the electronic message up again and reading over the details of his father's death. It was slow, he died in his sleep unlike his mother. No pain, just loss for his son and for his friends. He went over it again and again. If he couldn’t be there with his father, he would not forget him, not like he did his mother.

He would never let that happen.

Gabriel did not acknowledge the man at first. He was rather enthralled with the current events. Most would be crying in their quarters or taken to a lone seclusion for a while, Gabriel might go off by himself later, but he would not let the current events do much in phasing his external emotion feelings for the moment. He thought to ignore the man, the conversation eventually leading to his current events, he talked to no one really, but something brought him to speak to others besides his Master for a change. He supposed, this being a first time in a social environment, which is what they do to you, make you interact against your will.

“Death…as usual…”

Was all he muttered in his misbegotten tone. His face and weird eyes looking to the man for a moment before back at the electronic notepad. What more could he talk about? He had no qualms with his training and had met none at this temple. His sleep was uninterrupted and bland like normal, his life was full of incontinences and emotional seclusion. He had no problem with what he did or what he saw. All he could do was tell the truth, no sense in lying about the meaning of things. That just led to the gathering of attention.

As he finished speaking several buttons were pressed on the electronic tablet as his water was placed next to him. He placed the message tablet on the table while drinking solemnly and without true thirst. The way Gabriel acted most droids would envy him for his boring and more robotic tangent on things then they had at times.

:: Dios sniffed at his drink for a moment::
Death huh? Seen that before. Anyone important, wait, don't answer that, whoever it is, i'm sorry. You seem pretty... emotionless. How do you tap the force without emotion?
