Kack sat in the Archives scrolling through some information on past Jedi, when he saw a familiar name, Qui-Gon Jinn. Kack smiled at seeing his ancestor's name. Kack knew very little about him except that he was a great Jedi. Kack read on ...
Qui-Gon had been trained by Count Dooku? Wasn't he the one who started up the Separatist Movement? Now Kack was intruiged, as he read on he discovered that Qui-Gon had trained the legendary Obi-Wan Kenobi, who not only trained Anakin Skywalker, but also aided in the retrieval of the Death Star plans. Anakin had gone off to become Darth Vader, then Obi-Wan helped train Luke Skywalker, before giving his life to save Luke and his friends. Kack's jaw dropped, as continued to read he discovered that Qui-Gon was responsible for bringing Anakin before the Jedi Council for approval and for the ultimate decision for him to be trained.
Kack was stunned. His ancestor had unknowingly created a galactic villian. Not that Qui-Gon could have known, the Dark Side had shrowded everyone's vision, right up until the Clone Wars began.
Kack couldn't believe all this. It was far too much for him digest all at once. He decided to head over to the bar and grill.
