Right before she died? I have seen it four times and can't really make it out, it sounds like maybe he shot me, but it could be her own language, any thoughts?

I can't quite make it out either - one of the words sounds a little bit like "Slay-mow" (just spelling it phonetically), which I'm pretty sure was used by Anakin in Ep. I while he was arguing with Sebulba - I think it was a derogatory term in Huttese...

Well then maybe she was calling Jango Slamo which would make since since he had just killed her.

Best theory I've heard. I've been wondering each time I hear it, too.

I've always been wondering what she said too, and on my last viewing I finally decided the second word sure sounds like "sleemo," or however your spell it. Anakin called Sebulba that right before the podrace, and the subtitle translated it as "slime ball," so the conclusion I've come to is the same as what's already been mentioned here...Zam is using her dying breath to curse Jango for killing her.
