Murdoch infiltrated another board, then proved it by PMing evidence to the admin there. Since he did it there, he could do it here, thus his banning.

Well it was either HIM or someone else who gave the incriminating evidence to him.

Since he did nothing GOOD with the information he got from a LOCKED forum, like turn in the people who gave it to him, or even just delete it, it makes him look VERY VERY BAD.
