Taylor did it accidentally and it has now been fixed. It was like I said purely an accident, Taylor didn't know what he was doing and apologized to me about it.

He was trying to ban him just at TBH but did not follow the instructions correctly. Mods have the ability to ban by username and/or IP, but group board banning is done much differently (forum access masks).
